Masc-off
After about two years of attending workshops—a regular occurrence within the Masc-off community, I finally accepted the invitation to lead one of my own. Member and cofounder—Rafael Woldeab, was thrilled at the idea of centering a workshop around empathetic listening; a skill that I’ve spent years working to perfect, and that’s served me well in my efforts to build healthy relationships.
The build-out included hours of research, a nearly 30-paged deck complete with visuals, copy, exercises and prompts—and a series of marketing materials seen across social and event management platforms.
