Emmanuel Dunagan is a very Black, very Queer independent artist and designer native to Chicago. Over the course of their career they’ve: led workshops, spoken on panels, hosted live / virtual events, performed across local stages, and offered design support across a wide range of pitches, and client presentations .
These days, they find themself gravitating towards authentic human-told stories and progressive movements, continuing to seek out interplays between art, design, culture, and impact-driven work within transdisciplinary spaces. Though there are many aspects that they’ve come to enjoy about the work they lead, nothing feels more rewarding than creating a positive impact, and fostering healthy autonomous relationships.
